How Can the Solo Photoshoot Reduce the Price of Today’s Lowest-Cost Modeling Photo From $1,000 to Just $25 Per Photo?
When I used to work at a popular Florida modeling agency, we were constantly receiving phone calls and emails from young women in their teens, 20s, and 30s who wanted to be models. In many cases, these women were paying their bills by working at a restaurant, clothing store, or coffee shop, earning around $15 per hour. Therefore, if these young women had the chance to run a home-based business selling modeling photos, many of them would jump at the opportunity! Also, in many cases, they would just charge around $25 for each modeling photo.
So, how did I arrive at this $25 price tag?
The answer: When models (freelancers) use the solo photoshoot to create modeling photos for a company that hires them, it will only take them about one hour of work. Additionally, in most cases, companies will purchase at least 10 photos whenever the model holds a photoshoot on their behalf.
Therefore, whenever the model sells 10 photos from her photoshoot, she will earn $250 for just one hour of work if she charges $25 per photo! That’s great money, especially if the model normally makes $15 per hour from her traditional job!
